Jake Brus is a strategic communication professional based in Des Moines, Iowa, with a recent background in writing, marketing and enterprise communication management.

Jake comes to WPNT with a background in creating effective communication plans and their supporting marketing pieces for clients ranging from multi-million dollar corporations to nationally recognized non-profits.

Whether writing long-term strategic plans, handling crisis communication development, or creating marketing strategies and collateral, Jake is adept at working with clients to ensure key messages are communicated accurately, consistently and with clarity.

Jake is a graduate of the University of Iowa, and received his master’s degree in Public Communication from the American University.
