Meet WPNT Ltd.'s Leadership Development Coaches

WPNT Ltd. has increasingly become the business communications training firm of choice for many of our clients, by meeting a suite of training and development needs. That includes leadership development coaching. WPNT Ltd. works with a corps of select, leadership development coaches for identified and emerging leaders. What sets these executives apart is that their effectiveness is the result of decades of leadership roles serving Fortune 500 companies. Our coaches have all sat in the seats of the clients they support, and understand the expectations, pressures, and risks, they face. Their strategies and counsel are not theoretical, but real world. For clients, that means both individual leadership development and business consulting expertise.

Tom Tischhauser: "If you inventory what gave me the most excitement and satisfaction as an executive, it was working with my team members." With a 25-year senior leadership career at Motorola and Continental Automotive, Tom currently coaches executives at Fortune 200s and family owned companies. He believes that in leveraging real time business issues for coaching, the executive and the organization are best served. Behavior modification in senior roles, learning to delegate, optimizing the use of the personal and professional power, global leadership challenges in ex-pat roles, succession planning, and divestitures are some of the assignments on which he assists clients. He is also a board member of a well-known Nasdaq corporation.

Lynn McHugh: Lynn's 20+ years as a multi-faceted analytical investor relations senior executive has spanned multiple industries with diverse market capitalizations including Hospira, Heidrick & Struggles, and Snap-on. She has been a key advisor to corporate executive management and boards and has coached CEOs, CFOs and other senior leaders on how to successfully interact with analysts, shareholders and the investment community at large. Her cross-functional experience in strategic planning and finance enhances her ability to improve the C-suite's skills in navigating the complicated relationships with investors and other constituents. Lynn also has led or held key roles in task forces on strategy, cost reduction, corporate identity and financial scorecard development during her career.

Raymond J. White, Jr.: Ray is a 25 year-veteran of Abbott Laboratories and Hospira. He utilizes a behavioral approach to coaching which ensures measurable business results and performance improvement. His expertise centers around leadership development assessments, team project coaching across borders, developing HR teams into credible business partners by identifying operational cost savings, developing global talent management systems, as well as M&A activities and post merger cultural integration. His operational and HR acumen is augmented by a master's degree in psychology. Ray coaches senior leadership in the manufacturing and service sectors, and high potential individuals in the government sector. He also serves on the board of a nationally recognized non-profit organization.
