In the highly competitive executive search and airline field, one national niche firm called upon WPNT to help its principals with important client presentations. The first of a series of full-day executive presentation training programs was conducted in the Chicago area.
Continuing to support this global toolmaker's restructuring and competitive efforts, WPNT provided strategic counsel and communications training to key personnel in anticipation of the final days of operation of its two largest manufacturing centers. Both plants are located in the Midwest. All production and many positions are moving to the company's other U.S. locations.
As part of a half-day workshop, a worldwide consumer brands company tapped WPNT to assist in preparing a newly formed site crisis team for its responsibilities. In addition, WPNT conducted a full-day crisis communications training program for the external relations department. Both programs were conducted in Cincinnati.
To help field service managers of an oil & gas technology provider offer greater value to their own customers, WPNT conducted a half-day crisis communications awareness workshop. In the event of an emergency, the field service managers assist at client locations such as refineries and manufacturing plants. The program was conducted near Chicago.
Seeking to reach its stakeholders through more effective business media interviews, WPNT provided executive communications coaching to two senior executives of a leading Hispanic food producer. A WPNT Press Corps member with food manufacturing and marketing expertise assisted with print interviews during the training, which was conducted in Secaucus, New Jersey.
In today's environment, many companies are revisiting fundamental questions regarding security. WPNT is assisting a refining and chemical concern as it seeks approval from local and state officials to close a public roadway to enhance facility security and public safety at a Texas plant. The initiative was opposed by local residents several years ago.
Executive communications coaching continues for a number of C-suite individuals. These private sessions are customized to the executive's needs and may include preparation for earnings calls, analyst conferences, network interviews, and board and management meetings.
